By using our website, enrolling in any program, or accessing our learning platforms, you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment

Admission to any TQS program is confirmed only after:

• Successful registration
• Fee payment
• Acceptance of these terms

TQS reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if false information is provided.

2. Course Access

Access is provided based on the chosen format:

• Offline
• Online
• Hybrid
• Self-paced

Access may be limited to the registered student only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Fees

• Fees once paid are non-transferable
• Fees are applicable only to the enrolled student
• Payment does not guarantee any rank, percentile, or selection

4. Schedule & Faculty

The Quant Space reserves the right to:

• Change class schedules
• Modify batch timings
• Replace faculty if required

Such changes do not qualify for refund.

5. Student Conduct

Students must:

• Maintain discipline
• Not disrupt classes
• Not misuse recordings or content

TQS may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All:

• Videos
• Notes
• Tests
• Worksheets
  belong to The Quant Space and cannot be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
